The bizhub™ PRO C6500 provides high-speed output of up to 65 ppm -- a maximum of 3900 8.5” x 11” impressions per hour in both color and B&W, to help you stay ahead of heavy workloads and tight deadlines.  Robust internal components handle a monthly duty cycle of 300,000 pages -- and a sophisticated air-assist paper feed system with optional internal heating/dehumidifying unit keeps even heavy coated stock running smoothly.

Versatile print control options include Fiery® and Creo® Image Controllers with advanced color management and color matching capabilities as well as imposition, job handling and print queue control -- making the bizhub PRO C6500 an ideal choice to reduce labor costs and increase profit for corporate CRDs and data centers as well as quick printers and commercial printers.

Robust bizhub PRO Design.  A true print professional, the bizhub PRO C6500 is designed from the ground up to handle the rigorous demands of high-volume production printing in both corporate and print-for-pay environments.

High-Speed Output.  65 ppm print/copy output in both color and B&W lets your production center handle high-impact, short-run color printing more profitably -- and deliver everyday B&W documents with equal ease.

Spectacular High-Definition Color Images.  New Simitri® HD Color Polymerized Toner utilizes smoother ultra-small granules to sharpen text, enhance fine detail, and reproduce a wider color gamut with rich tones that resist fading for excellent long-term quality.  Low-temperature oil-less fusing technology also produces high-quality, low-gloss documents that can be easily annotated, over-printed and folded without degradation.

Heavy and Coated Stock.  The bizhub PRO C6500 handles heavy and coated paper stock -- up to 300 gsm, with full duplex capability up to 256 gsm.

Precise Registration Adjustment.  Front and reverse sides are precisely matched to insure accurate alignment within 1mm for booklets or other duplex multi-page documents, with independent adjustments for transversal direction timing and image shift.

Air-Assist Paper Feed.  Air blowers in paper trays separate sheets to improve high-speed paper handling, so even coated substrates move smoothly through your high-speed production cycle.

Internal Heating/Dehumidifying Unit.  For smooth, fast throughput, an internal heating/dehumidifying unit environmentally conditions paper stock for professional image quality with less curling and fewer misfeeds.

Change Toner on the Fly.  For longer uninterrupted print runs, the bizhub PRO C6500 lets you change toner on the fly with a clean, simple exchange of toner bottles -- to keep your output flowing.

7,500-Sheet Input.  With the optional PF-601 Paper Feed Unit, your bizhub PRO C6500 loads up to 7,500 sheets -- so you can reduce labor costs by producing long print runs with unattended operation.

Multi-Feed Detection System.  Ultrasonic sensors in the PF-601 Paper Feed Unit detect misfeeds, prevent paper jams and maximize print production efficiency.

Full-Bleed 12” x 18” Printing. Sheet sizes from 4” x 6” up to 13” x 19.2” let you reproduce full-bleed 12” x 18” color originals and preserve crop marks and borders -- a real plus for production print professionals.

Powerful Finishing Options.  The FS-503 Staple Finisher provides sorting, grouping and 100-sheet multi-position stapling with staple cutting function for varying staple length; the SD-501 Saddle-stitch Finisher enables you to produce folded, stitched and trimmed booklets up to 200 pages (50 sheets), and the FD-501 Multi-Folding Unit provides half fold, letter fold-in, letter fold-out, z-fold, double parallel fold and gate fold capabilities.

5,000-Sheet Stacker Option.  The optional LS-501 Large Capacity Stacker holds up to 5,000 sheets and includes a roll-away cart that lets you move print output more easily for nearline finishing or packing and distribution.

Three Image Controller Options.  An embedded Fiery® IC-408 Image Controller drives entry-level configurations at full rated speed, with simple interface for print/scan productivity; the external Fiery® IC-303 Image Controller and Creo® IC-304 Image Controller provide advanced color management, sophisticated color proofing and paper-stock simulations, accurate color calibration and correction, simple job management and imposition capabilities.

EFI Command Workstation.  The simple remote interface that lets you manage print queues, control job functions, preview thumbnails and full-screen color images, maintain and update archives, create job logs and more.

On-Board LCD Touch-Screen.  A simple on-board interface provides comprehensive setup and input/output capabilities with intuitive menus and job handling functions that make every operator more productive.

DF-609 Reversing Auto Document Feeder:  100-sheet capacity, handles up to 11” x 17” originals and up to 110 lb. index stock.

OC-506 Platen Cover:  For configurations when Auto Document Feeder is not needed.

FS-503 Staple Finisher:  Provides multi-position stapling, 100-sheet staple capacity, and staple cutting function for varying staple length -- plus auto-shift sorting and grouping.

SD-501 Booklet Maker:  Half-folds and center-staples up to 50 sheets for 200-page booklet-making -- with nested half-fold and letter fold, trimming and automatic image shift for perfect gutter alignment.

FD-501 Folding Unit: Provides 6 folding types, including half fold, gate fold, letter fold-in, letter fold-out, double parallel fold and z-fold plus post-process document insertion and 2/3 hole-punch capability.

FS-607 Booklet Finisher:  Small-footprint finisher that staples up to 50 sheets, lets you create saddle-stitched booklets of up to 80 pages (20 sheets), and offers tri-fold and half-fold capability.

PK-512 Punch Kit (for FS-607):  Provides selectable 2-hole and 3-hole punching.

PI-502 Post Inserter (for FS-607):  Enables users to add pre-printed covers to documents post-process; also provides offline folding, stapling and hole-punching.

LS-501 Large Capacity Stacker:  5,000-sheet capacity and roll-out design makes it easy to move documents for nearline finishing or distribution and shipping.

IC-303 Fiery® Image Controller:  Improves performance through Fiery® SmartRIP technology and features new, intuitive icon-driven print drivers customizable to meet the needs of any user.  Enhanced color management features include composite overprint for CMYK and spot colors, improved text and graphics quality and ICC v4 support.  Fiery® system 8/8e even features enhanced security and document assembly capabilities.

IC-304 Creo® Image Controller:  Delivers truly spectacular color printing results, with superior default color settings and advanced management capabilities like color calibration, last-minute color corrections, spot-color editing, and gradation corrections without re-RIPing the entire file.  Advanced Job Editor functions let you easily carry out merging, imposition fine-tuning and page delete-replace -- and simple automation tools let you retain print defaults for jobs, handle paper with greater flexibility and perform in-line finishing.

IC-408 Embedded Fiery® Image Controller:  A compact yet powerful controller that supports full rated speed of 65 ppm and allows users to print and scan in smaller “entry-level” C6500 configurations.
